It’s been a long time since the last time that I’m exercising regularly. Whoa, can’t remember when was that, and now my belly has developed some fats! But no worries, I’m going back on track to exercise everyday again even without going to the gym.
When I went to the city last week, my only purpose was to buy a netbook. But I came back home with not only a netbook– but with a hula hoop and a waist twisting disc! I guess, it’s in the nature of a woman, let’s say you went to the supermarket to buy bread, but you saw many things and you bought stuffs more than what you intend to buy. 🙂 This always happens to me. I’m sure I’m not he only one who have a habit like this. 🙂
To exercise is fun and keeping belly fats away
I really enjoy this waist twisting disc! As you can see, it has a massage mat, so whenever I stepped into it, I’m getting a healthy massage on my foot that benefits my internal organs. Another thing was while twisting left and right, this will help remove some fats and toxins from my body. Yes, due to my laziness, I have developed an unpleasant belly. ~~haha 🙂 Should I blame myself for being so addicted to my computers and internet? I’m always stuck in front of it, reading, learning, exploring, and sitting all day, err.. overnight! 🙂
The hula hoop was big for my small body but I’m still able to use it. This will help me tone my body and burn the annoying fats in my belly, too! I like its appearance because it was covered with a foam, so I don’t have to worry that it might hurt my foot when it drops. Its color looks like a rainbow when I’m using it on my waist! I was so curious of what’s inside of it and why it’s heavy, so I checked what it’s made from. I discovered that inside of this pleasant rainbow colored hula hoop was a small size round steel. 🙂 And it contains some kind of sand inside of it which lets the hula hoop to create a sound while I’m using it.
My lazy body don’t want to exercise, but I give it a go!
I spent 30 minutes to exercise for the first day of using this hula hoop and waist twisting disc, that was full of fun. But the next day wasn’t the same, oh gosh, my abdomen muscles feel painful whenever I twist or use the hula hoop. Haha~~ 🙂 Seems like it’s shocked by the sudden change in my daily routines! 🙂 I can’t take it more than 10 minutes anymore, it’s so painful! What a pity! Hahaha 🙂 “Never give up, Jhem!”, that’s a simple motivation I told myself.
As I’m doing this kind of exercise day by day, I’m getting used to it. No more ouch! Right now I was also thinking of adding some sit ups or squatting on my exercise. Well, good luck to my lazy days! 🙂
